Vita-Shots aims to have items delivered to you within the estimated delivery times (business days) as follows.
Shipping is FREE for all orders over $50. All orders shipping cost under $50 are calculated at checkout.
Parcel Post : 2-5 Days
Standard : 5-7 Days
Economy Air : 6-8 Days
Worldwide shipping is available, and all orders are sent via Standard Post.
All invoices will be sent to your email address that you enter at checkout.
Unfortunately, due to health regulations we cannot accept the return of any of our products. Please choose carefully and ensure that any Product you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.
For all returns under the Consumer Law, please contact us at to arrange the collection of the item/s to be delivered back to our Warehouse for assessment, exchange, repair or refund.
We reserve the right to charge for return shipping in certain circumstances.

When we are required under Consumer Law, Vita-Shots will accept Product returns and provide you with an exchange, repair or refund (as applicable) :
If the product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or significantly different to those shown or described to you, or the product is not fit for its intended purpose, or the product is unsafe, and you present your online tax invoice or adequate proof of purchase. Vita-Shots may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem.
Vita-Shots reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect. Our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
If in the shipping process, if your item/s arrives damaged, please contact us at to assess the damage and discuss a solution. You will be requested to provide a photograph or video of your item/s and /or delivery package to aid us in understanding the problem and resolving this as soon as possible.
